Primer All 10 Water-Based Primer, Sealer and Sealant has been formulated to be “simply the best” water based primer-sealer available anywhere.

Primer All 10 is 100% Acrylic and is an ideal prime coat for masonry surfaces, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, vinyl, drywall, glass, tile, fiberglass, wood, plywood, brick, pvc, foam and more. Primer-All 10 is also an excellent multi-purpose stain blocker and may be used on asphalt, water, rust, crayon, lipstick, marker, food and smoke-damage stains. It may be used for fast-dry spot primer on interior or exterior work and may be applied on damp surfaces. Plus, in most cases, one coat is sufficient!
